I'll be performing again on Monday, October 11th, at the Derby in Los Angeles, CA.
This show is all about getting people to realize the power of being involved. We have a lot of freedom in this country, but we also have responsibility. You have to get educated, get involved and vote. The only way every vote matters is when everyone eligible to vote - does!
I'll be dancing to School House Rock's Sufferin' Till Suffrage.
Women didn't have the right to vote until 1920, when the 19th Amendment was passed. Many of the women who fought so hard to get that right, never lived long enough to use it.
We have the right to vote, and to not vote is a shame.
I'll be dancing to Schoolhouse Rock's Sufferin' Til Suffrage.

Brings up an interesting point maybe about how corrupt democracy can be.( mob rule in slow motion, is still mob rule.) if you have 50.5% males voting and 49.5% females would you still like that system;) It's not the number of participants but the quality.
Maybe we should try this republic thing again, seemed to be going well, for a while.
